New Location… Same Bank Holiday Open Mat

20140503-171659.jpgThis Bank Holiday Monday the 5th May we’re keeping with our traditional Open Mat from 10-12am. FREE and Open to all regardless of affiliation.

We’ve now completed our move just across the road from Spartan to a bigger space in The National Athlete Development Academy or NADA.  We are still in Rosemount Industrial Estate literally facing our previous home.

This is a fantastic facility with everything an athlete could need all under one roof. Run by some of the best strength and conditioning specialists in the country, Martin Kennedy and his team at NADA have contributed greatly to the Dublin GAA team’s success, at both senior level and under 21 and have a wide client base from Olympic Athletes to regular joes and janes, who are on their personal journeys of weight loss, increased strength, fitness and improved mobility.  Check out their website for more details.

We will now be looking towards tailoring packages for our members with competitive rates for BJJ Players who would like to add some S&C and improve their Functional Movement.

We are also now available for private lessons and will be growing our timetable to include morning classes as well as teens and kids. Get in touch to register interest on the form below.

20140503-171731.jpg 20140503-171752.jpgWe’d like to thank Robbie McMenamy at Spartan Kickboxing Academy for being great to work with over the last couple of years and wish him and his team continued success in their world dominance of Kickboxing.  If you are interested in enrolling yourself or your children in Kickboxing then finding a better coach than Robbie and his team of World Champions would be a hard task.
