It’s days like today that make me want to jump out of bed and enjoy the day. What could be better than being able to spend an hour or so every day doing something that you love and is good for you too?
For me that means Jiu-Jitsu training. We’ve got 2 weeks before the Irish BJJ Cup and 3 weeks before Grapplepalooza so lets get rolling. I will also be posting some videos of our warm-ups to show what a class will involve.
