The story so far

Well we’ve been in training now for 2 months, the atmosphere is great on the mats. Everyone learning together and figuring out how to move on the ground. Progress is steady for our students so if you’re new to grappling and would like to try a free class just come along a few minutes before class to introduce yourself, wear shorts and a t-shirt and bring some water and a smile. Beginners always welcome, regardless of size, shape or fitness level. Jiu-Jitsu can be adapted to each individual and after a while you will notice their personality expressed in the way they roll (what we call sparring in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)
